How to Change Things For The Better
Who would you like to be? I don’t mean someone else, I mean the fullest version of you.
Today be that person! Behave as she would, make decisions as she would, see and consider everything as she would.
When you notice an old behaviors or thought pattern popping up, remind yourself: “That’s not who I want to be anymore. How would the very best me react to this?”
