How To Cope Under Pressure
If you’re feeling stressed or under pressure, you have to be extra diligent about doing the things that support you. It’s easy just to plough on through, skipping yoga, skipping walks (that’d be me!) skipping your meditation…..whatever it is. When you’re stressed these become even more important. They help to de-stress you (physically, mentally, emotionally) and clear your head. As has been said before:
“When you don’t have time for a break, is when you must take one!”
