In a hurry?

What is a Vision Board?

A Vision Board is a visual representation of what you want in your life/business/career, of your vision of your future.

The importance of having a vision is not a new idea:

“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” Socrates

Why Vision Boards Are So Powerful:

Vision Boards are incredibly powerful tools for manifesting what you want.  (Martha Beck, Oprah Winfrey, Deepak Choprah, Tony Robbins all love Vision Boards.)

The process of creating a Vision Board lets you discover what you really want – it’s so important (and I am passionate about this) that your goals are what YOU want, not want anyone else or society thinks you should want.

Quite often people are surprised…. what you want may not be what you think you want!

Having a Vision Board lets you:

*   display your goals and keep yourself focussed

*   check to see if you’re actions are taking you in the direction  you want to go in.

*   pick you up if you have a bad day

*  remind you why you’re doing what you’re doing

*   put your message out to the universe

“It’s all come true!”  Chloe Stephens, who did the workshop  in April 2014

The sad thing is that so many people simply don’t get round to creating a vision board for whatever reason: not enough, time, too much hassle, you don’t know where to start…..the list goes on.  And whilst you don’t have a Vision Board, it’s easy to get distracted by other things, too caught up in the day-to-day and let another year go by without getting closer to what your really want.

VB03That’s why I decided to make it easy for you and run an all-inclusive Vision Board workshop.

“I’d been meaning to do a vision board for a long time.  I appreciated the opportunity to spend time actually doing it, with support and guidance.  Now I’m focussed.” – Anne Barrett

Now all you have to do is book a place and know that it will be done.  I’ll do everything else.  I’ll bring everything and lead you through various fun exercises to make sure we draw out your deep-held dreams – what you really want in your life.  That means if you’re unsure or haven’t got a clue, it’s all the more reason to come, because I can definitely help you.  If you do already know then now is the time to create that Vision.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • A creative/motivational session when you’ll get down all your goals and dreams – something we rarely allow ourselves time for!
  • Motivational and inspiration exercises to make sure we check in with your head and, most importantly, your heart.
  • Loads of magazines for ideas and cutting out – to help you bring your vision alive.  Because they’re magazines you haven’t necessarily chosen, they’ll open up your thinking.
  • An opportunity to network with the other participants – they may be able to help you realise your vision more easily
  • And you’ll take home your completed visionboard when you leave!
  • Everything you need to put your Vision Board together

I just want to make this as easy and fun as possible for you, so join me, have some fun and create a wonderful Vision Board!

“A great opportunity to get it done and in such a motivating atmosphere.   I feel very inspired and full of energy. Thank you” – Jo Paterson

“It was amazing! I loved having “permission” to just sit and concentrate on getting the board done.  I feel fantastic and really inspired.  It was so well organised, I’d do it all again.” – Deniese Bent

“When scrolling through Facebook I saw a profile picture of a vibrant and happy lady that made me pause…what makes her sparkle?? What could she offer Ladies that latte…I wanted some inspiration and my spark back! I did her Vision Board workshop whilst at a crossroads in my life due to a big health crisis (being diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis after almost 2yrs of joint pain due to the slap cheek virus!) I felt instantly at ease with Jane as she gently guided us through various ways of thinking and feeling about what we actually want in our lives, we then had a huge variety of magazines to choose from to select images that align with our dreams in order to make them a reality! I found lots of healthy bodies etc and after looking at it every day and feeling more positive I turned a corner health wise and I’ve been told by specialists that I don’t have RA after all!! My work has improved as have my relationships!  I feel far more positive!”  Ashleigh Richter

Well in September I received one of House of Colour’s Star Consultant award and the balance is getting better. As for the vision board, it’s on my desk and I make regular changes!”  Jane Lowther
