What to do if you’re feeling overwhelmed
Quite a few people I’ve spoken to recently are struggling with overwhelm – too many projects, too much going on, not knowing where to start. When that happens usually you don’t get anything much done, just lots of thinking in circles! So naturally I want to help – I’m all about helping you get the important things done.
That’s why this morning I thought I’d share a simple technique which I find really useful if I start to feel overwhelmed.
2. Arrange them on a table/board in relationship with each other.
Just getting them out of your head and in front of you, combined with the physical moving them around can bring clarity really quickly. (And you can apply this to aspects of a single project too.)
